What we do not do

• No cookies are set by this site
• No analytics, no tag manager, no advertising pixels
• No contact form, so nothing you type here is transmitted anywhere
• The estimator runs entirely in your browser — your answers are never sent to us

What does happen

• Server logs. Our web server records the usual request data — IP address, page requested, timestamp, user agent — which is necessary to run and secure the site. Kept short-term for operational and security purposes.
• Fonts. Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser makes a request to Google when you open a page and Google will see your IP address. That is the only third party this site contacts.
• Email. If you email us, we hold that email and your address in order to reply to you and, if we work together, to run the engagement. We do not add you to a mailing list.

• We are not VAT registered, so there is no VAT to add — the price you see is the price you pay. Third-party licences, cloud charges and certification fees are passed through at cost, never marked up.
• Third-party licences, cloud hosting and certification body fees are passed through at cost and are never included in a quoted rate.
• Published prices are for the scope described on the page they appear on. A bespoke scope is quoted in writing, and anything outside an agreed scope is priced in writing before it starts.
• The estimator produces an estimate, not a quote or an offer. Nothing on this site is a contractual offer.
• Market comparison figures were checked on 16 September 2026 and the source is named wherever a figure appears. Other firms’ prices change; ours are dated for that reason.
• Nothing on this site is legal, tax or financial advice. The equity, tax and company-structure points we discuss are matters for your own accountant and solicitor.
